I took the infection control course last Sunday and it was a great experience. This course is very informational about how we should always keep our dental office sanitized and how to prevent staff and patients from getting exposed to different viruses and infections. I would recommend people to take this course if they haven't yet!!!
I came from San Francisco just to take their Infection Control class in Redwood City because they're teachings came with genuine care for the patients. Dr. Ihab who taught are class was earnest and clear with her lectures. My experience in this class made me feel comfortable with my new job and prepared me for my daily tasks. Not a doubt, I would recommend this place.
I have taken an infection control class and a class to get my X-Ray license here at the Redwood City Dental Institute. They were great classes and I got hands on experience, especially for the X-Ray license class. Would recommend this class to people who need to take it!

Had a great experience taking the Infection Control course at Redwood City Dental Care! The class was well organized (we had the lecture portion first and then the instructor walked us through infection control protocol in the operatory/sterilization room). My current CPR Certification expired so I came in for a CPR Course with Alonzo. Let me tell you, Alonzo was such a personable person and made this course very fun and manageable to learn in comparison to my first experience elsewhere. I love my dentist! How many of you can say that? I've been with Dr. Karam Abdou since he was in Fremont, Brentwood, & now Dublin my whole family & friends that see him travel as far as Sacramento, Fremont, San Jose, & Oakland he's that good. He has done miracles with my teeth! He is so knowledgeable about his profession. & when he doesn't have the answer he will find the best for you. Dr Hanna & my favorite Dr. Abdou make a great team My favorite staff person besides my doctor at Dublin is Iman she is the sweetest person, this place does make you feel like family! I love her too. She has 2 very handsome young men like I do. I also love the text reminders & emails I get, it's not to much just enough in the busy world to get technology reminders! I’ve taken two classes with RWC. Every time I have enjoyed my excprience. The teachers are helpful and very informative. I drove two hours just to make sure I take my classes here because I enjoyed my first experience. I would recommend RWC to anyone.

I went to the Pleasanton Dublin Dental Center today 3/9/18 to get a second opinion aside from my dentist of the last ten years and had the most wonderful experience I've ever had in relation to dentistry and will continue to bring my business to this center, I wish I had come here a long time ago. The reason for my visit was to discuss orthodontic braces as preventative care to ensure less cavities and easier maintenance (i.e. flossing and brushing) which my previous dentist said was unnecessary even though I have overcrowding and still have one premolar on either side of my lower jaw. I must say that the dental hygienist was just lovely and was able to tell me all about my oral health and answer all of the many questions that I had. After a very extensive and explanatory cleaning I saw Dr.Hanna, and let me tell you... what a guy! He explained the treatments that would be required and he also explained in thorough detail the things that I do with my mouth that can cause jaw irritation and pain throughout my back. This really helped me to understand the root cause for actually several problems I am experiencing and was great because it wasn't even the initial purpose of my visit. Dr.Hanna is a wonderful doctor that provides a world class service and I will enjoy continuing to see him as my primary dentist for a long time. The equipment used in the office is state of the art, they were able to take complete 3D scans of my jaw as well as 3D x-rays and normal x-rays, I have to add dental x-rays are usually excruciatingly painful for me and this was actually tolerable which was awesome. In addition, to better explain the reasoning for a crown on my very back molar, Dr.Hanna pulled out a very cool camera tool that was able to show me live images of my tooth. That is just amazing. I've never seen something like this before in any other dental office. As for the reception, Ricky was very friendly and helpful and was able to answer all of my questions with ease and provided me with all of the details I needed and accommodate my work schedule. All in all, I went here based off of the reviews, and I was NOT disappointed. It was a world class dental experience, and I will continue to bring my business here for many years to come.

Awesome staff! I was accommodated to with an offer of tea, coffee or water by the front desk. Very friendly woman. Shawntae took my X-rays while Susan got ready for me. I love the team work. Susan did a wonderful job education me on proper dental care and getting my teeth clean. Dr. Hanna knows best. He recommmended some work to prevent future pains. I hate the dentist, it has always been a last resort for me to go. Not anymore, I will keep my scheduled appointments and recommend this office to everyone. I am very thankful to find such a professional and caring Dental Center.

Every year I pay 5+ visits to my dentist for regular dental hygiene and checkup. I've changed several dentistries and been looking for the one that can take care of my needs: Dedicated, patient, honest, and equipped with the state-of-the art (not clunky) expertise and tools. In particular, I'm too sensitive to any pain during cleaning and fill-in. I think that I am fortunate to have Dublin Dental Center's team that can really address my needs. As a military veteran in this area, I have been privileged to have my dental health care being done by Dublin Dental for 4 years. They have always treated me with the greatest of respect as well as consideration for when my nation has me traveling or on task. They schedule appt around my schedule and keep me updated on any procedure and question's I have asked. They also have wormed thru the complexity of insurance and benefits I am allowed to makes sure my dental health is always st the upmost importance. The most important thing about this center is there 's never a day you will not get a smile greeting you and a smile as you leave. I have been coming to this dental office for 3 years and have not ever had a better dental experience. All of the dentists are extremely kind and caring with all their patients, they are very social and friendly and I personally love them all, I just got my braces off and my teeth are literally the straightest they could be. We have been going to Dr. Baban since 2002. My daughter was two back then, and has always looked forward to her dental visits! My 82 year-old Dad was visiting and had a dental emergency, and Dr. Baban fixed him right up! And I get all my work done by her and I have the utmost confidence and comfort in all the work she does. I have recommended many people to her, and they have all thanked me after their appointments. She is a wonderful, wonderful dentist!
I switched to Dublin Dental Center recently and I had my first check up and cleaning yesterday. I must say I have never received such a thorough and detailed check up anywhere else. I lived in Europe (Finland and Germany) and Michigan but this center and its friendly staff were the best. The dental hygienist, Sosan, was on top of her job, showing the cleaning process in detail. Dr Abdou saw me briefly and was very friendly and warm. The receptionists were very welcoming. It was a great experience.

I think this place is the best Dentist office I have ever been too! All of the staff are wonderful! Like the sign says " we treat our patients like family" They really do. Its amazing. I found this group to do an implant at the last minute before the holidays and it went smooth as silk. I went to Dr Hanna as emergency as my tooth was killing me and my regular dentist could not see me..Turns out i needed extraction..Dr Hanna was awesome...he diagnosed my problem and explained causes and more importantly treatment plan and preventive steps. 6 six years and my regular dentist never took time to explain simple conceots and treatment plan to prevent things like cavaties, gum erosion, etc..U ended up getting my wisdom teeth pulled and setup plan going forward..The rest of staff including admin, dental asst were all friendly and knowledgeable. I am patient for life !
Great Dental place near home! Mary (hygenist) actually cleans your teeth and gives advice as to how to keep the teeth looking and feeling great. Dr. Gardi is very meticulous and spends time with you, which is great! But she took 2.5 hours to get a cavity and a half filled so keep that in mind when going. Also, you'll probably get a billion calls from the office staff b/c they're either really unorganized or just don't know how to do their job. All in all, I'm going back - just gotta keep a few things in mind if it's your first time!
This is now my regular dental clinic. They did fix my front teeth and the regular cleaning was awesome. They are prompt and very professional. The doctors and staff are friendly. They have high tech equipments and a quick service. I definitely recommend this place.

Dr. Abdou and Iman are extremely professional, their caring nature and bed side manner is unparallel. I have been seeing Dr. Addou for over 20 years, I even followed him when his practiced moved. Despite at one time he was an hour drive one way, it did not matter, because when you have the BEST DDS you forget the rest! I've referred friends and family to his practice. My husband and daughter are both patients as well. There is no one better!
I had been having sensitivity for years near a previous filling at the gum line, far back tooth where my bite lands. When I scheduled my first appointment at this office, I sat with a nurse and office manager who answered every question I had and took very detailed notes about my dental history, over an hour. That was awesome as I had never received such thorough examination before doing any cleanings or even looking at my teeth lol. It made me feel more comfortable I would receive a correct diagnosis. Dr. Hanna was very patient and thorough in explaining what my options were for my sensitivity, and we ultimately decided on a cheaper more effective solution of extending previous fillings to cover an area where my gum line was receding a little. This worked! But not only that, they recommended things my previous dentists never did i.e. changing my oral b toothbrush head to the softer sensitive head instead of the harder floss head I was using, using alcohol free Biotene mouthwash instead of the harsh alcoholic Listerine - which immediately helped with the dry mouth I would wake up to every morning, and ultimately helped in my overall sensitivity issues. This I feel was due to the thorough evaluation at the beginning. Dr. Hanna and his staff have earned my business and happy to recommend now to family and friends.

But not only that, they recommended things my previous dentists never did i.e. changing my oral b toothbrush head to the softer sensitive head instead of the harder floss head I was using, using alcohol free Biotene mouthwash instead of the harsh alcoholic Listerine - which immediately helped with the dry mouth I would wake up to every morning, and ultimately helped in my overall sensitivity issues. This I feel was due to the thorough evaluation at the beginning. Dr. Hanna and his staff have earned my business and happy to recommend now to family and friends.
I was 15 minutes late, no problem for Dr. Desai at Dublin Dental. This Dentist cares about his patients. The dental hygienists and technicians that work here are courteous and professional. I can't say enough about going to Dublin Dental. Dr. Desai made sure to check my pain levels and gave me time during the procedure to relax and take a break. I had two cavities filled and it was painless!!
I love Dr. Hanna and his assistant, Angela. The front desk is pretty nice too. This place is clean and has state of the art CT scans and TVs to display the scans so you know what's going on. They know exactly where your nerves are and don't depend on terrible pano x-rays like Gentle Dental.If you need implants, I highly recommend Dr. Hanna and his staff. They try to make the process as painless as possible. Also, if you're paying out of pocket for your implants, you might as well go to the best!

I've been a patient at Dublin Dental Center for more than 15 years. I felt comfortable with Dr. Baban and her team. Dr. Hanna did an implant for me at this office before his team took it over from Dr. Baban, and my experience was very positive - he seemed to "really know his stuff". So, when I learned that Dr. Baban was moving on, I was relieved to learn that Dr. Hanna's team would be taking over. His team is very professional and personable. I feel like they really know what they are doing and really care about the individual they are treating.
